1. Acceptance of Terms

pisowin96 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be immediately suspended, and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access the full features of the pisowin96 Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. pisowin96 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with KYC requirements. Verified accounts in good standing may request withdrawals to their registered GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank account. pisowin96 targets same-day processing for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. pisowin96 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.2 Anti-Money Laundering

3. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

5. Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity in violation of Philippine law.
6. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's games or systems for financial gain.
7. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
8. Allowing any third party to access or use your pisowin96 account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the pisowin96 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of pisowin96 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the pisowin96 Platform without the prior written consent of pisowin96.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pisowin96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pisowin96 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pisowin96's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pisowin96 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and a self-exclusion facility. You may close your pisowin96 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11. Amendments to These Terms

pisowin96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to pisowin96's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pisowin96 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
